2028 Postseason Recap
We already know that St. John's, Indiana, and Providence were 3 of the 4 teams in the NCAA Final Four. The fourth team was (1S) Pepperdine, who lost to Providence 76-68 in the first national semifinal.
The NIT Final Four saw (2W) Utah defeated (4S) VCU 75-59 in one semifinal. The other semifinal saw (1MW) Georgetown hammer (3E) Toledo 74-47. The NIT Championship saw Georgetown in another impressive performance, beating Utah 62-44.
The CBI Championship Series went all 3 games as (9) Vanderbilt beat (10) Gonzaga 2 games to 1. In the first game, Gonzaga won 88-80. The next 2 games saw Vanderbilt win 81-67 and 68-56 to take home the CBI championship.
The CIT Championship saw (15) Montana beat (4) Canisius 68-67
