You do have a lot more control over what happens with the youth that comes out of the youth academy, and there is a much greater chance of getting a decent player or two a season vs. the random draw type of thing. At least that is my opinion.
I restarted my YA when I decided to really care about my team again, then I decided I didn't really care about my team per se, but I do feel like using my 35+ million to help the nation and it's teams.
Excellent coach pipeline established, excellent coach will be promoted end of current season. Have two more solid/solids after him just milking the experience and an inad/solid doing the same that is much younger.
