GE would know if they were chaos or not, and i forget the other but he would know mutant or not. I might be wrong, but if not i think he needs to be quite vocal about who he is scanning as its not exactly a secret he was a threat to the chaos. In my mind, that makes him a key target and i cant imagine he will be alive that long.
