Texans FO structure has been a mess since their illegal and failed attempt to hire Caserio from the Patriots. Unless they really like Martin this reeks of a football coach saying I need guys who can help me now instead of having anyone step in and say the short term move is dumb. But Bill O'Brien is not Bill Belichick, and Jadeveon Clowney is not Jamie Collins... (And at least we got 1sts for Richard Seymour/Chandler Jones)
