Today should have been a rather happy, even joyous, day. His first two law school acceptances arrive within a couple of hours of each other (including one that isn't the worst option on the table) around lunch time.
Instead of being able to enjoy the relief, some degree of satisfaction, any of that ... he gets this shit.
