Did you just decide to dump satellite tv or would they not cut you a deal? I have my yearly rate jump coming up next month but I plan on talking about how I choose their service over cable/Dish mainly for Sunday Ticket and with the NFL looking iffy can't justify the price. Generally in the past they given a huge discount with occasional smaller discounts.
With my desire to watch NFL and a lot of college football (and my wife/kids to watch MTV/Nickelodeon) I have never found cutting the cord to be anything more than a minuscule discount to directv with more streaming issues/interface I don't like etc. I envy you guys that somehow can save a boatload.
