It's for both.
As for the PS3, I like it but I hate two things about it, the online for one but the controllers are the poorest designed controllers ever. The feel like they are going to break and my biggest complaint is the position of the left thumb stick, it makes me contort my thumb to where it gets numb if I play any extended period of time. I can get by with The Show because it's not a frantic use type of game but the supehero game that I suddenly can't remember (electric powers, power sliding on electric lines) made my thumb go numb for days when I would play.
