General Update - Bear

Bear was just released for a full practice yesterday, and the practice consisted of 33 - 100s. 1 easy, 1 moderate, 1 hard, 1 easy, 1 moderate, 2 hard, 1 easy, 1 moderate, 3 hard, etc. Of course at the end of this Bear got out of the pool and puked. Not surprising given he wasn't even doing a full warm up prior to yesterday. It's going to be long road back for him.
