Centre College vs. Berry College - 10/9
The first regular season meet of the season is this weekend against Centre College. The Berry team ramped up extremely fast this season and most of the team is struggling with soreness and fatigue, so no idea how they will perform. With the strong freshman class I'd expect Berry to win the dual meet, not that the season record matters much.
Bear will be swimming the 200 and 500 Free and he'll be in one of the free relays. Hopefully, the treatment on his shoulder/rotator cuff is going well and he'll be able to have good swims.
I'm super excited to go watch this weekend. It's been well over a year since I attended a meet and it's been several years since I got to attend a college meet (which is much more fun than the year round or high school swims).
