Got an interesting letter in the mail yesterday from the insurance company. They sent us approval for Bailey to have an MRI, which is great, but it's Bear that is getting the procedure done. That created a frantic call last night trying to get that corrected so insurance would cover the scan today. After about 90 minutes on the phone, they finally gave us a new confirmation number that we relayed to Bear. Always great when the insurance company screws up the orders then tells you if it isn't corrected they won't cover the cost of the scan.
