Berry Academic Awards Banquet
On Easter, the wife asked Bear if he had heard anything about the Honors Banquet at Berry. Of course she had asked him numerous times in the past few weeks and there had been no information. This time however, he mentioned ...oh yeah, I've been invited to the Banquet and it's this Tuesday (4/11). That left the wife scrambling to get off so we can attend.
Bear will also be presenting the results of his research study earlier in the day when they have their job symposium. A little fun fact about this research, Bear was able to reference himself in a paper just a few weeks back.
In case you are curious, the point of the research was to test the impact of specific chemicals found in sun screen on coral (though they used sea anemones as stand in for the coral).
