If you're not intimately familiar with that geography, Vancouver is basically a suburb of Portland and likely wouldn't exist without it, but it IS still across a bridge & river, in an entirely different state, and subject to that state's laws & regulations, so driving down to violently protest at the Oregon capital seems especially misguided & moronic.

Wouldn't that also make it fall under a federal agency's jurisdiction as well?
