My first instinct is it's never good in these kind of scenarios to go trekking through the woods, but I wonder if there's not some kind of risk/reward behind it for that reason.
The other interesting mechanic I see is that we aren't necessarily going to know who from the other rooms is still around and for that reason, the voting is going to be really fragmented and we could get into a situation where the biggest room wins by default if they consolidate their vote. Definitely challenging.
