My 10-18 record this year ends a streak of 6 straight 20 win season, 6 straight postseason trips, 4 straight NCAA Tournament trips, and 7 straight winning seasons as a head coach, going back to the Ohio days of course.
I have 3 attribute points to spend. These were all for recruiting last year. Top recruiting class, top 20 recruiting class, and a 5 star recruit.
I spread them around, 1 to offense, one to defense to max it out, and one to discipline.
Offense: C+
Defense: A+
Teaching: A+
Scouting: C-
Charisma: A+
Discipline: B-
I'm still a B+ coach overall.

LSU, Illinois, and USC jobs open up in major conferences. I'm not up for any of them after the year I had. I wouldn't take any of them anyway.
LSU hires VCU's head coach, that place continues to be a jumping off point for young coaches.
Illinois hires Manhattan's head coach.
USC hires Saint Peter's coach.
All the top jobs opened this year due to retirements. Bruce Weber at Illinois, Tim Floyd at USC, and notable Larry Eustachy at Southern Miss.
The game seems reluctant to fire power conference coaches. The fact that UVA and Miami haven't fired their coaches yet is horrific.
