Since it's a no-rules dynasty, you can exploit the AI with draft pick trades if you don't feel too dirty:
Trade 1(1) and 6(1) for 1(2), 2(2), 3(2), 4(2) and 5(2). Then 1(2) and 5(2) for 1(3), 2(3), 3(3), 4(3). You may be able to pick up a couple more picks even going down to 1(4).
Of course, I find it unfun, but you did say no rules.

If I do trade down however (Normally I don't), what I'll do is use the Draft Value Rankings chart that I used when we were discussing trade possibilites in the HFL, so I don't hose the AI.
