Also I'd love to see FBCB3 allow us to induce transfers or force transfer a guy like we can force move a guy to the draft. Right now, transfers are almost always a pretty terrible lot of dudes, with some exceptions and contains far too many walkons (who almost never transfer) and usually lightly used players.
