Today was the draw for the 2nd Qualifying Rd of the English FA Cup. We get ... rival Harrogate at home on Sat Oct 5. That's a lousy draw for a big match, the board expects us to reach at least the 4th Q round.

More rejections from players we hoped to bring in on loan. Kind of getting used to that now. Had a ML lined up from West Ham but Portsmouth snuck in at the eleventh hour and grabbed him.

We release DC Jordan Mellish on a free. He was still drawing $300/wk on a rolling contract, barely played first team last season & can't even crack the reserves rotation at this point. We wish him well in his future endeavors.
