I'm actually scared to death and the only way I can somewhat keep the anxiety in check is to say to myself, "You're only committing to one year... you can always go back," to the pu8blic school that is literally 1 mile from my house where he's gotten straight As. The baseball is not great but they're trying to bring in a new coach and trying to grow it but it's still bad (an afterthought).
I'm just scared the prep school will be too small of a social group, too niche, too curated. Then what if the baseball isn't all it's cracked up to be.
All of the doubts I've tried to read and read techniques and ways to beat the doubts and fears away but they're really coming hard right now about this decision.
Its only 1 year.
