So we did the thing and signed up for 7th grade at SJCDS. Crazy to think about and I hope it works out.
Regarding the baseball he’s started their summer strength and conditioning camp which overlaps with the end run of his 12u all stars. That’s been a big shit show for Aiden as he glacially moves to get back near the plate and stop stepping out as he’s blanketed in fear of the hbp. That double drilling in April really ducked him up. He was literally sent home from a hitting lesson because the coach said they can’t work on anything until he gets his mind right.
It’s been slow going and truly wasted his last year in little league baseball but such is the roller coaster.
Districts, states, then Branson. The first run here ends in mid July then the more serious MS and HS stuff begins this fall.
