District Tourney last night and the kid subbed from the bench because he's blanketed in fear at the plate. He set up a good 10" more than where he was even supposed to be and then shuffled away from the plate. He ended up being walked because the kid couldn't hit the strike zone. Aiden eventually ended up scoring but it was a failure at the plate in attempting to fight his fear. That's the fight we're having at the moment. We know he's blanketed in fear. We know he's going to struggle. We're all fine with that. We just want to see him fight the fear some and that is missing at the moment.
