To make a case why we should accuse Qwikshot and demand an explanation on his actions, I agree with voting eagerness being more important than being eager to talk. There are only five of us in this. Agreed - it would appear in his best interests to explain his actions. Saying "I was just doing as asked" strikes me as insufficient. I'd like to hear more on his reasoning.
