FA Stage 3 - nothing much to see here. Re-signed an old OL for minsal. Yay.

For stage 4, Our top WR is looking to settle on a new contract. I think he's a candidate to get snapped up by AVAILABLE. He'd be good for us if only for cohesion, but he wants something like $10m and I simply don't have it. We have Elway, the 6th year guy we signed last offseason, ready to go - he's likely WR1 either way.
