I am a single man that got sick of frozen pizza and fast food. So I learned to cook. I’m not an amazing cook and have unique tastebuds. My friends love my hot wings. Nothing too complicated, just put the wings in buttermilk for a day, fry and then toss in sauce.
After we sold the cows, I kept a Wagyu steer (Japanese breed they use for Kobe beef). He met the butcher’s knife a month ago and my freezer is now filled with some amazing beef. Not nearly up to the caliber of the stuff imported from Japan, but probably the best home raised beef I’ve ever had.
