- After a long, peaceful 19 year reign, Axayacatl Acamapitchtli is dead. His son, Tenoch II Acamapitchtli takes over. The legacy of Moctezuma is safe, but was that a true story or just an old Aztec legend? Tenoch II isn't as sure as his father was. Sometimes, without proof, these things are just stories. There are no other enemies out there, afterall. In all of his searching, Tenoch's father never found anything in this world of ours that wasn't part of the Aztec Empire. Besides the "uninhabitable" desert to the north and the "uninhabitable" jungle to the south.
...and people coming up out of the water? That's other-worldly. That could never happen!
