I'd consider "upgrading" from Howard, if and only IF it was a significant upgrade, which probably limits you to chasing the likes of Casillas or Cech with an exchange deal along with cash.
I don't remember what formation you went with when you switched club. Do you have defensive midfielder in front of your defenders? Is that Dj-Dj's role? If not, perhaps that's a possibility for helping your defenders? It looks like you have plenty of offensive talent and enough defensive ones to list you for the moment, what about just going young with your budget?
