The key to deciphering the sandwiched clues lies in why

"Denying rumored sale to Disney" is the same code as "Four kids, but one dies, every time."

The wording must be very important. It took Quik 40 minutes once he decided to replace the clue to think up a replacement.

There are a couple places where he includes solecisms. Quik is normally very careful about grammar, so I'm guessing the wording itself is the clue.

For instance, he says "Steve Douglas has got them" rather than "Steve Douglas has them."

So, why are the two South Park clues alike? They don't have the same number of words, and only one pair - the fifth (Disney and dead) even begin with the same letter.

Figure this out, and the rest is easy.
