cuervo72: I feel your pain. When we got DirecTV here, it was a multiday painful ordeal that made me want to drop it right then and there. Ever since AT&T took over, customer service is horrible and their techs have no clue how to install DirecTV equipment. My experience with trying to get them set up was like yours.
And they wonder why people are leaving the service...
