I've had those days....this was worse. I think it's a combination of a pulled back muscle (I had it
before I did Legs & Back today), fatigue (lack of sleep due to thunderstorms), end-of-week muscle soreness and allergies. I couldn't catch my breath, my heart rate wouldn't come down like it normally does and everything hurt. Regardless, I stuck it out today, though I just took an Advil for the first time in 6 months. I hope this is just temporary since I have football practice tomorrow and don't want to run wind sprints sucking air through a straw.
Speen, you just gotta work through it, even on the days you don't want to. Just keep pushing play, man...keep pushing play.
