Yeah, I guess the Minnesota one wasn't "going to be on the training video" like the NFL said after the game.
I think the one against the Bears was a clear penalty, the Minnesota one was a clear non-penalty and the Washington one was 50-50 by these new rules (although I doubt the same play gets called this week). So, just like the "Fail Mary" getting rid of the replacement refs - Green Bay had to give up another win for the NFL to get its shit together on a failed policy.
