It's called the Steamville Holiday Market. Everyone can get a coupon there for a whole $5 off anything in the sale (I think) You can earn Festivity Tokens by buying games, and completing quests which change every day. You can use your tokens to buy things like stickers, chat emotes, etc. You can vote in the Steam Awards and craft a badge there. Woohoo!
