We're very very slim 6:4 favorites today, they're 13:8 to win. We've dominated Charlton, 8-0-2 lifetime against them.

Charlton has only 22 goals in 21 matches. Alvaro Cejudo has 5 goals to lead them, Kevin Vandenbergh has 4 goals. We actually have a week off after this one so we go with our best lineup possible. We'll go defensive on the road today.

2': Paulo has it 35 yards out, he passes it to Jon Stead 25 yards out, he turns and shoots, the ball is by the keeper, hits the crossbar and ricochets in!! 1-0

24': We get a breakaway after winning the ball, long ball to Constantino, he's a long way out still, he's brought down as he goes by his man, that's a yellow for defender Bassey.

28': Constantino intercepts a horrible backpass by Charlton in the midfield. He heads to the right side and takes a long run down to the end line, there's a pass into the area for Bennett, Bennett shoots... but its saved by the keeper. Not the best shot, it wasn't a clear cut chance but he had a really good look.

HALF: There's one highlight the rest of the way, a nice looking attack for us that comes up short when we settle for a long shot. Charlton actually has 7 shots, but 5 are off target and we only saw a few. We have 6 shots, 3 on target. Charlton has a massive, massive 63/37 possession edge, our highlights seem to mostly be very quick strikes. We'll keep defending, maybe we can steal another goal.

67': Charlton quickly takes advantage of our missed penalty. The highlight starts with them only about 30 yards from goal. One of their strikers has it, draws 2 defenders, slides a pass to their other striker in the area, easy goal. I dunno how they got that going, but it was a very easy pass and shot, instead of a 3-0 lead we're up 2-1. 2-1

75': Fryers in for Gordon and we go back to a 5 man line. the very little used Danny Graham is in for Stead.

86': They earn a corner, its taken to the far end of the 6 yard box, Murphy goes out for it and doesn't pick it up, the net is wide open at this point. They get a head to the ball, but its over. We dodge a major bullet there.

92': They work the attack, one of their strikers has it 20 yards out, he fires a shot from there, murphy punches it away, it falls to another attacker at the edge of the penalty box, its fired back in right away, Murphy with a second reflex save! We get it cleared away after that.
