This "armed militia" were 3 guys coming to protect their business.

To be clear, there definitely was militia and boogaloos in Kenosha. A group called the Kenosha Guard had been hastily put together and descended on Kenosha yesterday with predictable consequences.
17 year olds can not legally open carry in Wisconsin so this kid was breaking the law the second he brandished a weapon.
