Also as a side-note, I don't know who exactly is responsible for sound quality at a concert (band or venue), but this stadium had the absolute worst sound system out of any concert I've been too.

There’s dozens(hundreds?) of rooms they can use for polling stations. They will have virtually infinite space to keep people separated.
Most of these arenas are fairly easy to get to via public transportation options
