Should stay away from Steam during sales. I picked up the "Theater of War" bundle for $12.49 in the Flash Sale. No idea when I'll have to play

Oh, well flash deal ended and now back to $24.99 regular price $49.99.

Not sure if I'll have to contact Steam or if its a "getting hammered" issue but Caen, and Centauro haven't shown up in my library.
