Prior to this meet I was asked by the team to look at our line up and project how many points we would get. I told them we were going to be around 940 assuming everything went well (no DQs, sick kids, etc.). Then they asked me to make some suggestions on where we could put kids in order to maximize our points. So I did and my projection increased to 1043.75, but unfortunately, I still had us calculated to finish 4th. As you can see above, my projection was pretty close on the points and the position was perfect. In fact, my projection of the order of finish for all 16 team was only off by 1 team (which failed to field some of its relay teams, and thus significantly through off the prediction).
