Long Course State Championships

I wasn't able to leave the office and see my kids swim...

However, I do have some results to pass along...

Bear's 50 Free - he finished at 37.82....33 seconds slower than his personal best. He finished 49th, after being seeded 41st coming in...

Bailey's 100 Breast - Finished with a Personal Best 1:50.29, an improvement of 3.5 seconds...

Bear's 100 Breast - Finished with a Personal Best 1:52.82, an improvement of 4.45 seconds....

Bailey's 50 Fly - she swims a 43.30...a poor swim...a full 1.46 seconds slower than her personal best. This one concerns me with GRPA State coming up next week...

Bear's 50 Fly - swims a 44.58...also a poor swim...a full 1.89 seconds slower than his personal best. Also a concern with GRPA State...
