So I get really excited watching Track & Field events and lately it's been a pretty big time, with the recent NCAA Championships, the ongoing Olympic Trials, and the upcoming Olympics. I'd always thought it'd be fun if there was a text based Track & Field management game. I did a search for one and found this game called Maxithlon.

It seems to have a very similar structure as Hattrick with a ladder promotion/relegation system and weekly competitions. Not sure if this game is any good, but I decided to start a dynasty to chronicle my exploits.

My team name will be Legends AC. We will be competing in League 3-4.

The game starts with allowing you to select your beginning roster from lists in various disciplines, so I'll show that decision making process over the next few pages.
