Dressing room will increase the number of events you can host in your arena (outside of a normal league competition). Press Room increases the prestige of events you are eligible to host.

Other owners have offered some advice that seats are the most important arena upgrade, since you will make most of your money when you host the league competition at your arena. I increase my seats from 1000 to 2500. This costs $95000 out of my starting $150000.
