I order engineering to build the Officer Training School and a Power Generator.
Arc Thrower Research was completed and I order research on Beam Weapons, something tells me we will need them soon.
Alien Containment is complete as is our Satellite.
I order the Satellite launched over Brazil, they are willing to pay $130 a month and they were at a Panic of 4. I shift RAVEN-2 to South America.
Power Plant and Officer Training School is complete and I order a scope built.
