I generally went with the rule that if it was numbered and didn't say small game I counted it. That is why I missed a couple as they were not numbered. Some of the early games happened before the "existence" of small games but could easily qualify.
I think I opened Pandora's box with this one. (but what a wonderful box she has...
)
