Week 11 recruits:
We sign our 2nd choice at QB, John Rattay. He was #77 in the country and shows a pretty mature passing game already. Our biggest concern was his grades - he is at 2.0 right now. With Edwards already being touch-and-go academically, I don't really want that to be an issue with the guy we are grooming at the position.
We also locked up a pretty solid kicker in Eric Ellis out of Utah. #117 in his class, we think he will have both leg strength and accuracy.
Week 12:
After the signings from the last couple of weeks we see some changes in interest and remove an offer to another kicker - don't need two of them on my roster at the moment.
We add FB Fred VanWagner, who is the #353 senior in the land. We hope he can be a threat in the passing game, something our current fullbacks don't do.
We lose out on stud CB Lawrence James to .... FRESNO STATE? Huh? This is not going to be a very good class for us, at least not compared to the last two.
