We were off in Week 4, so we had the opportunity to watch some Pac 10 action:

Remember last year when I said that USC was lucky they didn't have to face Tonnemaker? He had 24 rushes for 147 yards against them this year as Arizona stunned the Trojans with a 20-16 win.

Oregon went on the road against Arizona State and survived 143 yards from Bob Lee to pick up a 38-24 win.

The pollsters love what we have done in non-conference play. Here are the newest rankings heading into our Pac 10 opener:

1. Oklahoma
2. Auburn
3. UCLA
4. Oregon
5. Texas
6. Miami (FL)
7. Wisconsin
8. Notre Dame
9. Syracuse
10. LSU - highest ranked one-loss team

We get #23 Oregon State next.
