The Nazis are going to force Jesse to cook by threatening Brock and his mother. That's why their picture was up in the lab. They made it very clear: Cook for us, or they die/get hurt.
It's possible Walt will come back to help Brock and mom, but there's also the matter of Jesse's taped confession. Jesse laid his confession all out to Hank. Presumably that tape/dvd/whatever is still at Hank's house. It's possible that the Nazis my make a go for it and that could bring Walt back to town.
