No changes here as our staff returns intact.
FREE AGENCY
We shored up our spot at tight end by signing Jermaine Gresham (65/65) away from our division rival Bengals. He should give Weeden an extra option. We made a play for Baltimore's Michael Oher at tackle but got beat out so had to settle for fullback Anthony Sherman (51/51) who was 50/50 when we signed him but got a bump upon joining our roster. Sherman is a serious run blocker and should improve an already solid run game.

Josh Gordon (66/66) and Davone Bess (51/51) are both veteran holdouts. I need to make a decision on Gordon. He is asking for $37 million over 5 years and I will likely give it to him. Bess still has two years left and is entering his 8th season. He's not getting reworked despite his productiveness.
