I spend 211 of my precious ADM power to up my stability. I was almost enough for my next idea.

1 Oct – Fish in Cuba
2 Nov – I pull colonists from one of the Cuban holdings to set up the internal holding next to Carategna and such and a part of that state – Chimila, and then send it back to Cuba to a different holding there.

8 Oct – Colima now a core and I send in some Missionaries

France is in Canada, barely. No one else is in North America.
England continues to expand in South America. Portugal in in the Rio region making a big Brazillian power.
Future Colonization plans:
I am almost done with Cuba, and I am running into England here again and again.
Call it. Expand inward and stop Britain going around me externally, and then move in three directions:
1. Down the South American coast towards the Incas and other nations there.
2. Up Mexico to Texas
3. Inland in South America. Then?
I could head west to California, the Pacific, and more.
Or I could jump to a major port in North America and began to expand there, such as the Virginia or Chesapeake regions.
Let’s do that.
