General Update - Brett

If you've been reading along you are aware that Brett has been dealing with shoulder issues and has been in PT. While he reports his right shoulder is better but the left is still bothering him. In fact, he basically can only swim for about 1 hour of practice on average. During his last PT the therapist did some needling but was unable to leave them in for the whole time because the shoulder was so red and angry. He instructed Brett to take some time off...so Brett sat our Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday...

Hoping this will calm things down...will keep you updated.
