High School Swimming

This year all 3 of my kids will be swimming for South Forsyth. After last year's team roster swelled to 80 kids, this year the coach has implemented a cut time to qualify for the team. The tryouts start today for new swimmers and tomorrow for returning swimmers and club swimmers. To make the team a student must beat one of the following minimum standards:

Girls

50 Free : 32.05
100 Free: 1:10.80
100 Fly : 1:18.65
100 Back : 1:19.85
100 Breast : 1:30.95

Boys

50 Free : 28.45
100 Free: 1:12.90
100 Fly : 1:10.20
100 Back : 1:12.60
100 Breast : 1:22.99

Obviously, based on the times my kids swam last weekend, we should make the team without issue. My biggest concern is with the timing. I'm assuming the timing will be done manually with stopwatches, and I've seen how bad some people are at getting accurate times.
