#39 Girls 100 Yard Fly - terrible swim 1:06.16. I personally feel she is too up and down right now, rather than driving forward. Not sure where this will lead...possibly another stroke adjustment. I guess we won't know until she has a full taper swim at Age Group State.
#41 Girls 200 Yard IM - Another bad swim 2:26.90
#45 Girls 200 Yard Back - Added a bunch of time here as well - 2:26.67
#75 Mixed 1000 Yard Free - Was hoping to get the state cut here...needed an 11:30, swam an 11:37.84...which was a personal best, but she needs to do better.

#40 Boys 100 Yard Fly - managed a personal best swim of 58.39
#42 Boys 200 Yard IM - swam 2:10.91, which is about a second off his personal best...
#44 Boys 100 Yard Free - Terrible swim here - 57.08, and it looked so much worse because he was in a heat where all the swimmers were posting times like his personal best of 54s...he was trailing badly and he was alone well off the heats pace.
#75 Mixed 1000 Yard Free - was looking for him to return to his form in the distance swim and not get so caught up in technique. He accomplished that, but he added a good bit of time, which is too be expected given he isn't on taper. Unfortunately though, it doesn't bode well for his chances of breaking the team record...10:27.95
