Sabres Announce More Roster Cuts

The Buffalo Sabres announced this morning that the following players have been released from training camp (contracted team in parentheses):
- Vasily Bizyaev (Krylja - RUS)
- Vyacheslav Buravchikov (Mytischi - RUS)
- Denis Denisov (Ak Bars Kazan - RUS)
- Sylvain Dufresne (Rochester - AHL)
- Denis Ezhov (Mytischi - RUS)
- Marc-Andre Gragnani (PEI - QMJHL)
- Phillip Gogulla (Kolner Haie - DEL)
- Dylan Hunter (London - OHL)
- Patrick Kaleta (Peterborough - OHL)
- Artem Kryukov (Yaroslavl - RUS)
- Andrej Sekera (Owen Sound - OHL)
- Marek Zagrapan (Chicoutimi - QMJHL)
"It's important for these kids to get tons of playing time to accelerate their development", GM Matt Bosela indicated. "We hope all of these kids go back to their current teams and put a bunch of points on the board this year."
"We saw a lot of future Buffalo Sabres in camp this year, that's for sure."
The Sabres now have 38 players remaining in camp.
