2021 started with bad losses in the league, an irrelevant cup win(the president’s cup, the equivalent of the community shield in the uk, but with no $$) and a mid-table position. Then, a huge run in the UEFA cup-after defeating fellow minnows Vaduz (Liechtenstein’s champions), we defeated Luzern and Aberdeen to set up a clash with Rosenborg in 4th qualifying run but bad injuries had decimated our team and a 4-1 drubbing in Norway sent us out. Then it was playing catch up in the league, but we went just short of 3rd place. We also lost in semis of the Senior Challenge Cup Final, but our arch-rivals Cork City did the double and let us slip into the UEFA cup $$ with a fourth placed finish.
